How much does catering cost per person in Lake Nona?
There’s no fixed price per head. Three things set it: how many people, what’s on the menu, and whether you want our team there serving. The minimum is 15 guests. Tell us your date, your headcount and roughly what you want to spend, and we’ll put together a menu on the call that fits your budget.
How far in advance should I book a caterer in Lake Nona?
Two or three days is normal for a weekday office lunch in Lake Nona. A party or a wedding wants three weeks, and longer once you pass 100 guests. Call as soon as you’ve got a date and we’ll start putting your order together.
Do you deliver catering to Lake Nona?
Yes, and it’s a quick run for us. Our kitchen sits north of Lake Nona off Forsyth Road, and the 417 runs straight down, so every part of Lake Nona is about 25 minutes from us, from Town Center out to Moss Park. We deliver to offices, homes and venues across the 32827 and 32832 ZIP codes.
Do you set the food up or just drop it off?
That’s your choice, and plenty of Lake Nona rooms pick drop-off. That means we bring it in, lay the line out where you point, and go. Full-service keeps our team there through the meal, and they clear everything at the end. Both ways we aim to be there 15 minutes early.
What is the smallest event you will cater in Lake Nona?
15 guests is the smallest order we take, and the largest room we’ve ever fed held 250. A meeting of 18 people is cooked the same way as a party of 200. Nothing is trimmed down from a bigger order to fit a smaller one.
Can you cater at a Lake Nona home, office or private venue?
Yes, we cater all three. We set up in the offices around Town Center, in houses across Laureate Park and Eagle Creek, and in event rooms that need us in and out on a fixed schedule. Tell us about parking and how we get in, and we’ll plan around it.
