Most of these are the standard spread, not a showpiece. That’s deliberate. What arrives at a Tuesday office lunch is cooked the same morning, in the same kitchen, as what goes out to a 300-guest wedding.
Centerpieces, linens, tables and chairs, chafing setup and staff are all available on the same order. You tell us what the room needs and it shows up with the food.
