The owner treated us like their favorite family member. We had a limited budget and he was still able to give us plenty of food. Very professional and at the same time personable.

Wedding Catering Questions Couples Ask Us

How much does wedding catering cost in Orlando?

There’s no fixed price per plate, because the season, the guest count, the service style and the menu all move it. A spring Saturday for 200 isn’t the same job as a November Thursday for 60. Call with your date and we’ll price your actual day.

How far in advance should we book a wedding caterer?

Book 9 to 12 months out for a Saturday in peak season, which for Central Florida runs May through October. Off-season, from January to April, 6 months is usually enough. Call with your date and venue, and we’ll check availability.

Do you work with our venue and our planner?

Yes, we do both. We’ve catered Central Florida venues since 1996 and have relationships with many of them, so we can help you coordinate load-in and timing. If you’ve got a planner, we work with their timeline. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll be happy to help however you need.

Can you cater a small wedding?

Yes. To us, a small wedding is under 25 guests, and 15 is our minimum. Even 100 is still a large wedding for most Central Florida venues. You still get every dish on the menu, plated or buffet, from an intimate dinner to a reception of 250.

Do you provide tables, chairs and linens?

Yes, we’ll handle that. Many Central Florida venues already provide tables and chairs, so tell us what yours supplies and we’ll fill in whatever’s missing, from linens to centerpieces. It comes on the same invoice as your food, with no separate rental company to coordinate.

What’s the cheapest food to cater for a wedding?

A buffet or stations feeds the room for less than a plated dinner, because it needs fewer servers to run. That’s usually the fastest way to affordable wedding catering without cutting the menu down. Tell us what you’d like to spend and we’ll build it to fit.

For the shower or the engagement party, see party catering. For the morning after, there’s breakfast and brunch from 6 AM.
