Full-Service & Hybrid

Full Service Catering Orlando

With us, you’re the VIP

Staffed events and hybrid service

You want the event run, not just the food delivered. Our team arrives early, cooks and presents on site, serves your guests and clears it away.

Hybrid sits between that and a plain drop-off: delivered and set up, plus hands on site for as long as you need them.

What the team does on the day

Full service means nobody at your event is working. We arrive early, set the tables and the line, cook and present on site where the kitchen allows it, serve your guests, and clear the room before we go.

Service can be plated, a served buffet, or stations that keep people moving instead of queueing. Our staff also pass trays, and they clear as they go so the room stays tidy through the whole event rather than only at the start.

Tables, chairs, linens, tableware, centerpieces and serving equipment can all come with the order. That’s one vendor and one invoice instead of coordinating four, which is usually cheaper as well as simpler.

The hybrid most people actually book

Between full service and a plain drop-off sits the hybrid, and it’s what most of Central Florida chooses. The food is delivered and set up, and staff stay for as long as you want them and no longer.

A common shape is setup plus the first hour of service, then we come back for the trays at the end. You get the room handled at the point it matters without paying for people standing around after everyone has eaten.

Events run from 15 guests to 250. Weddings, corporate events, charity evenings and large parties are all normal here, and the menu runs from crisp Greek salads and grilled kabobs to rich Italian pasta bakes, creamy hummus and stuffed grape leaves, plus the sandwiches, wraps, salads and grilled plates most groups ask for.

The owner treated us like their favorite family member. We had a limited budget and he was still able to give us plenty of food. Very professional and at the same time personable.

Questions we get every week

What is the difference between full-service and drop-off?

Drop-off is delivered and set up, and you handle the rest from there. Full service means our staff plates or serves the buffet, works the room, and clears everything before they leave. Hybrid sits in between: delivered and set up, then staff on site for as long as you choose, anywhere from 15 to 250 guests.

How many staff will you send?

It depends on the guest count and the service style. A plated dinner needs more hands than a buffet, and a buffet for 300 needs more than one for 40. We work the number out from your headcount and tell you before you book.

Do you cook on site?

Where the venue allows it, yes, which keeps hot food genuinely hot and lets the presentation happen in front of guests. Some venues restrict on-site cooking, so tell us the venue name and we’ll confirm what’s possible there.

What is the smallest event you’ll staff?

15 guests is our minimum. Small numbers are usually better served by a hybrid, where we set up and stay for the first hour rather than a full crew for the evening. We’ll tell you honestly which one your event needs.

Do you supply tables, chairs, linens and tableware?

Yes. We bring centerpieces and serving equipment too, on top of tables, chairs, linens and tableware, whenever the venue doesn’t already have them. Everything arrives on the same truck as the food and gets set up before your first guest walks in, so there’s nothing left for you to track down.

How much does full-service catering cost?

Staffing, menu, headcount and rentals all move the number, so there’s no fixed per-head price worth publishing here. Tell us the date, the venue, the guest count and roughly what you want to spend, and we price the actual event on the call.
