Showers, weekend tables and wedding mornings, delivered hot and set up while you get dressed.
We’ve been catering Central Florida brunches since 1996, from a house of 15 to a hall of 250.

Give us the date, the guest count and the address. We’ll price it on the call.

Usually 20 to 60 guests at a house or small venue.
Saturday and Sunday tables that run for hours.
The morning after, for guests still in town.
The hard part of brunch is the sitting.
People arrive across an hour and then stay, so a line that peaks early is gone too soon.
Tell us when your first and last guests arrive, and we’ll build for that.
What happens when you call
Tell us the date, the address and roughly how many people.
We ask what food you like, who can’t eat what, and whether you need plates, linens and serving spoons.
We’ll build the brunch around your morning and your budget.
Where the table looks as good as it tastes.
Late morning, mostly cold plates, easy to serve.
Warm and slow, before everyone drives home.
A long table that stays put for hours.
A full spread for a house or a hall.
Big headcounts on a serve-yourself line.
That’s not the whole list. Whatever your morning is, we’ve most likely catered one before.
Left and gone is drop-off catering. Staffed through the meal is full-service.
Feeding the room first thing instead? That’s breakfast catering.
Call and we’ll build it around them.

It depends on the headcount and the menu, so there’s no fixed per-head figure worth publishing. A dropped-off shower spread and a staffed wedding brunch are very different jobs. Tell us your guest count and roughly what you want to spend, and we’ll build the brunch to that number. 15 guests is where we start.
Three weeks for a weekend brunch, and four once you’re over 100 guests. Call as soon as you’ve got a date and a headcount, and we’ll pencil you in while we talk through the menu you want for your morning.
Breakfast leans on eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries and fruit for a room that eats and then gets to work. Brunch adds eggs benedict, salads and hot entrees for a longer sitting, and it usually runs from around 10 in the morning into the early afternoon.
Yes, both are on the table, and we’ll ask which one you want when you call. Drop-off suits a shower where the host wants to run the room; full-service fits a wedding morning or any table over 100 guests where you’d rather not manage it yourself. We staff up as the room grows.
15 guests is our minimum, and 250 is the largest room we’ve ever fed. Showers and home brunches usually land between 20 and 60, which is the size we cater most weekends. Anything in that range gets the full menu, not a cut-down version of it.
